“I would say diving deeper into my chosen initiative and serving my community has had a strong impact on myself. During the school year, I wrote a twenty-page research paper on the healthcare industry in the U.S. for a social civic project with a particular focus on the minority approach. I interviewed many professionals in the field and genuinely had meaningful discussions and further educated myself.
